1. Before this policy goes live
The static site does not take orders or payments. The final seller identity, booking system, delivery method and contact details must be verified before this policy is relied upon for real transactions.
2. Physical starter bundles
For eligible distance purchases, UK consumers generally have a 14-day cancellation period beginning after receipt. Notify the seller clearly, then return goods within the applicable period. You may be responsible for direct return costs unless the goods are faulty or the seller agrees otherwise.
3. Condition and deductions
You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. A seller may make a lawful deduction for handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Sealed hygiene-sensitive or customised items may have different cancellation rights where the law allows.
4. Courses and dated services
Cancellation rights can differ for leisure services supplied on a specific date or period. The final booking terms must state the applicable rule, transfer options and any goodwill cancellation window before payment. If performance begins during a cancellation period at your express request, proportionate charges may apply where legally permitted.
5. Faulty goods or services
Your statutory rights are not affected. If goods are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose, or a service is not delivered with reasonable care and skill, contact the seller promptly with the order details and evidence needed to assess the issue.
6. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds should normally use the original payment method and follow the timing required by applicable consumer law. The production operator must publish a real return address and payment workflow before selling.
